Your entry fee puts you in competition with other Master Chili Chefs and most of all provides direct support for our educational programs, workshops and events.

Receive your positon placard.
Find your matching placard position and display your chili entry.
All entrants must arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the event.
Late arrivals may influence judges final decisions.
One “team member” per entry allowed at the tasting table.
Other team members are welcome to attend at regular admission price.
